Jim,
The Share-crop part of the program has always been designed to just keep track of your inventory (not the landlords). If you want to get around this you can do the following:

1. When you record the harvest, enter the landlord's percentage as zero. This will give you all the grain in your inventory.
2. Whenever some of the landlor's crop is sold, you should go to the Adjust Harvested Crops box and select the crop and location and adjust the quantity down by the amount of the landlord's crop that was sold.
3. BE SURE WHEN YOU DO THIS to select the "SPECIFIED FIELDS ONLY" option. And then select the field(s) for the landlord.

The result will be that the landlord's share of the yield will be removed from your enterprise statement after it is sold.
