Robert, Adding the ability to edit transactions, including farming actions, is a high priority. And by Fall you should see more editing capabilities in the program.
With regards to removing fuel along with a farming action, that's tough, since fueling is a separate action that goes with the equipment, not with the field. You can remove fuel currently by going under the Accounting menu to Enterprises and go to Allocate Inputs. In this box you can select the Fuel item and the Equipment icon and enter a negative quantity to remove the fuel from the equipment.
Your suggestion for fuel use is a good one. Currently it is not necessary to enter fuel usage for each farming action. You can enter fuel usage as often as you want. Many users actually wait until the end of the year and take the total amount purchased for the year and allocate it to the various pieces of equipment using estimates of what percent was used by each piece of equipment. This isn't the most accurate way of doing things, but it will get the costs back to the fields. The key is that the program lets you be as detailed or as basic as you want to be.
