Is there a way to select and delete more than one node at a time when editing a polygon layer? Choosing a selection tool kicks me out of the node edit mode. Simply clicking and dragging does not work. Using a shift key - click does not work. Using a Ctrl-key and click does not work. The "exclude" tools do not work for this.
