lost allocation

I allocated some fertalizer to 5 different fields. I spent some time getting the amount to equal the inventory on hand. when I entered it, it gave me an error message. ( I dont remember what it said). Now the fertlizer is gone out of inventory but I cant find where it showed up on the fields. I have the latest version. Any help would be appreciated.

I foung the entry in the enterprise statement and also by going through the GL accounting method. I guess that entering a supply with alocate inputs will not give you a field note? I have not done any entries after the mess up so I might try a restor backup and apply the fertalizer through a working group.
Earl

Go to Accounting-GL-Accrual Reports-GL Detail Report.
2. Enter the date range that would have include those Farming ops or Allocation entries for this Fertilizer. Check the box to Select Specific Detail Items to Print.
3. On right scroll through the Asset-Inventory-Supply headings.
4. Check the box for Fertilizer and Lime. When the Detail page displays, double left click on the exact Fertilizer supply name with problem. Click OK
5. The preview page will show all the farming operations entered in that time frame.

This report will give you what Enterprise names that supply was applied to.

If so, have you tried selecting the fertilizer in question in the supply tree and filtering to just the jobs in which this fertilizer has been used. You may need to spread your date out either in the past or the future and see if you have some jobs which coorelate to this fertilizer. It could be a date thing or maybe an enterprise thing which didn't make the transaction true.

Was this done thru allocation of inputs thru enterprises?
Try looking at some enterprise statements for the fields in question, past or future and see if you happen to see this fert within these.

Best I can do for now.
