1. Right-click on the icon that you wish to enter maintenance records for and select Notations from the drop-down menu.
2. In the Notations box select the Add button to add a new notation on the piece of equipment.
3. Next select Maintenance for the Type of notation. If you do not have Maintenance as a Type then select <Add/Edit> and add Maintenance to the list.

Note that in addition to Maintenance you may wish to set up additional notation types for categories such as Warranty Information.
