I have here some fields with boundaries and when I check the surface once transfered in farmworks it says 0 ac! The survey is made with FMX RTK!
The fields surveyed don't give any surface data of the field!

The Denver ones which we did on the training are giving the correct information and there is a number but not those that we did here with our FMX!

Can you please tell me what could be causing that problem??

The only things that have changed, as far as I'm aware, is the PC on which FW 2012 is running - a brand new Dell running Win 7 Professional with 4Gb RAM - compared to an older Dell Vostro running Win XP with SP3 and FW 2011. On the older PC, this error message never appeared. I'm already running FW on the new one 'as an Administrator' but that has not solved the problem.

Symtoms are:
1) Notations and Notation Reports are empty (previously they would fill with each fields applications, as required).
2) When Completing a Job, the above error message appears, (I click OK so it goes away), and the job appears as Completed under the correct field, but the Planned Job is still there too (so I then delete that).

Is there any practical solution to this recurring problem? Is it operating system/registry based, is it deep inside FW or is it operator based (what could I be doing wrong)? Bear with me, I will try and explain transactions. This may get ugly.

4/13/12 Initially entered purchase of 8 bags of canola seed $4392.
5/24/12 Seeded field with 11 bags of seed.
Inventory showed short 3 bags.
Noticed wrong seeding date, edited job to show 4/24/12.
Noticed wrong amount and edited job to show 10 bags of use.
5/8/12 purchased 3 bags of seed $1647
Inventory now shows 1 bag @ ($1098) ????
JE14813 is the purchase of the 3 bags
JE14814 is the adj inv for previous neg qty

I am going to fix this wagon:~{
Deleted seed from job, voided seed purchases.
Now inventory shows 0 bags @ $0 for ($1647)

No supply to adjust, can't void JE14814.

Acc and Cash TB still balance.
Seed Supply -1647
Beg vs End Seed +1647

Now is it time for the big hammer I guess, last backup.

I found the discussion of the scanned billing statements and have a client who would like to do the above.
Is this something being worked on that would work with the nomads or Yuma's if they had a scanner attacment?
