As a new feature of the Farm Works Journal, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Deb Hurraw and I work in the Farm Works technical support division. As do most employees here, I tend to wear a different hat on occasion! You may find me in the shipping department or even on a tractor mowing the yard. I came to Farm Works in 1997 with a farming background. I live on a 250-acre farm near Hamilton, IN with my husband Chuck and three children (Adam, Michael, and Rachel). Besides working at Farm Works, we farm an additional 350 acres and Chuck is employed at a local Steel Mill. Due to the crazy hours that Chuck works, you might see any one of us on a tractor or combine at any time! When we do manage to find some free time, we enjoy the outdoors, whether it be camping, fishing, or simply going to the cabin in the woods that the guys built. We plan on achieving our goal of seeing 49 states after we visit Alaska next summer.

If there were one thing you could tell our Farm Works users, what would it be?

I would like them to know that they don't have to put off a question until they become frustrated 5 hours later. Give us a call or email your question and let's get it worked out so you can move on with your record keeping. We're here to help you no matter what your question may be!
